"I have always loved books and libraries.
Volunteering in the Manchester Library allows me to keep track of the
latest books. I often find a book that I was not aware of, that I enjoy."

I love little kids. I am a
little kid at heart. I live next door to the library
and can run over to put books away when I want. It's a
real challenge to keep up!This is a beautiful little library.
I am mostly impressed with all the programs that are available to
children of all ages. And I am very, very appreciative of what all the
volunteers do!
Thank you Penny Adams!

My four kids used this room so much, I like to
give back. I love a sense of order; by finishing up one shelf I feel
accomplished.

Charlie Dalton-summer intern. Charlie is
planning ahead for college employment in an academic library. Charlie
worked with our staff to learn the library’s organization and process to
give him the necessary experience for a job in a college library. He
plans to do his senior year community service here at the library. We
were very fortunate to have Charlie help out this summer.
Thank you Charlie
